Balancé Jeanne-Marie Kercivil a.k.a. Balance or BK, is a 19 year old from Martinique now living in Atlanta by way of Washington D.C. She dreams to make it big. She models, acts, and sings as well as raps. A quadruple threat if you will, but as most teen-agers she thinks she knows it all.

Her looks and talents have made her life a little easier than most, which have compromised her perception of respect, money, and work ethic. Because of her immaturity and anxiousness, she encounters events that could jeopardize her aspirations as she enters into womanhood. With her best friend Raylen by her side every step of the way, she must be tried through the fire to see if she can in fact make it to the top.
